After the recent intimidating arrest of Anwar on 16 July, it has been revealed that the police have also called in lawyers in relation to the case of P Balasubramaniam, the private investigator who has gone missing after releasing two contradictory statutory declarations.
This is undisguised intimidation as they know full well that the lawyers cannot reveal any confidential communications between them and their clients. One of the lawyers who was questioned is M Puravalen who was Abdul Razak Baginda's first lawyer in the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder case.
